It is pretty safe to work here and almost impossible to get fired, you have access to a few learning tools and get to work with pretty big companies around the world, once you are in you don't really have to worry about getting fired
Cons
as for your career growth /experience most of the work is related to support service desk and not really development, 99% of my coworkers hired as Developers are not coding at all For salary increase is almost impossible, unless you get change to manager or a higher position
