      Pros

      Restaurant tickets, nothing else really.

      Cons

      Just avoid it if you value your career. It was -by far- my worst experience. The culture, the projects, the management. Everything is awful there. On top of that, they are cheap on resources (really old laptop without peripherals).

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
