      great clients to work with. HR do care about people but their hands are tight

      TONS OF NONSENSE COURSES MANDATORY TRAININGS LOTS OF BUREAUCRACY FOR ANYTHING YOU WOULD NEED BUT IT WOULD NOT HELP AT ALL. JUST BLOCKERS ALL THE WAY

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
