      Job stability Insurance and medical benefits

      Cons

      Lack of knowledge wrt to IT market since most of the projects are maintenance and support. Lesser package as well as hikes! No use of DSA and design pattern works, just maintenance and support.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
