      Extremely supporting managers who understands personal boundaries. Proper division of work load. Proper focus on good practices from start of the projects. Unlimited paid time off if you are good contributor.

      Nothing No cons Everything is so perfect that it looks like fishy.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
