      job security is there but not growth

      Cons

      No work Life balance, Employee works 15-16 hour per day including weekend but no reward. No promotion no rewards. People are been treated as numbers not like human being.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
