      lack of growth especially for those in middle management roles. It is an embedded culture that only senior leader can grow and there is very little that can be done to change it.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
