I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed our delicious coffee – we’re very proud to serve it. It’s also really encouraging that you found the quarterly events fun, they always get great feedback and our staff love having them so frequently, so we’ll keep up the good work!
I’m sorry to hear that you were over worked and under paid, that’s definitely not our ethos at Tchibo. You’ll be pleased to hear that we have just reduced our working hours, which we feel is a step in the right direction.
One of our perks we offer staff is sponsored studies. Nothing is off the table here – if an employee asks for training, to go on a course or gain a qualification, we will always do our best to accommodate it, so I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t experience that during your time with Tchibo. We’re honoured to have many colleagues who have been with the Tchibo family for over 20 years and through our unique offering, we’re confident that many more will stay just as long. I hope you’re enjoying your new chapter and best of luck for your future.
