Thank you for your review of our Epsom, UK branch. It’s great to hear that you can see the good work going on at Tchibo, with our particular focus on wellbeing. We want to help you to grow in your career and we’re deeply passionate about mental health and overall wellbeing of everyone at Tchibo, so I’m really pleased that that is shining through. We’ve got lots of exciting new plans to make Tchibo an ever better place to work, so watch out for more on that. We’re proud of our recognition programme and love celebrating and rewarding our colleagues who go the extra mile. Our culture is about recognising all the little things that make us great – from doing the coffee rounds, to tackling big presentations, so I’m really pleased you’re enjoying that. We have also been doing some good work on staff training. One of the perks we offer our colleagues is sponsored studies. Nothing is off the table here – if you ask for training, to go on a course or gain a qualification, we will always do our best to accommodate it. I understand that our processes and systems can be tricky at times, which is why we’re very excited to be re-vamping the way we do this. It’s not long now until our new, modern system will be in place, so I hope this makes your everyday work easier and more efficient. We’re really excited to get it up and running. I'm pleased to hear that you're enjoying our new relaxed hours and we certainly are a company that genuinely care about our colleagues as people in and outside of the workplace. Nothing is too much to ask here at Tchibo and we always do our best to be flexible and accommodating. I appreciate your feedback about our training offering - we're proud to be able to offer our colleagues training and development, tailored to their needs. Nothing is off the table when it comes to development, but I understand that perhaps not everyone is fully aware of what we offer. It's something we are definitely looking into, so watch this space!
