Pros
Comfortable work environment. Onsite fitness center and cafeteria. Cost of living is reasonable. Technical competence of co-workers very high. Work-life balance generally good.
Cons
No bonuses for technical personnel. Focus on growing the company centers on acquisitions as opposed to improving existing products or developing new ones internally. Moving much of manufacturing offshore.
