Pros
The work environment is great, managers are understanding and friendly. There is a positive enforcement of work-life balance. Bank is entirely sustainability based, you can keep your conscience clean. Lots of people who have worked there for quite long.
Cons
Days can be quite busy as a smaller bank still has to do the same work as bigger ones with a lesser workforce. Day to day tasks tend to turn monotonous after a while.
