Lack of development and support Team Leaders micromanage every aspect of your day down to toilet breaks If your even 1 minute late logging in you are forced to work it back at the end of your shift - but if they owe you time ( if you run over with a call at the end of shift) they rarely give you that time back The calls are literally back to back all day everyday never any quiet time between calls. Stats are monitored constantly any time they are high you basically get told off regardless of the calls Very repetitive and very strict Never any positivity or positive feedback Managers point blank refuse to take over calls where customers have requested a manager Just generally a very miserable place to work
