Pros
I loved my job as a leasing consultant. I enjoyed meeting new people and assisting them in finding their new home. I also enjoyed the training. This company provided all the tools for you to succeed. Bonuses were great!
Cons
Long Hours Little Pay Management- The managers were horrible! They were so unprofessional. Some of the things that I witnessed with my own eyes, still bothers me. High Turn Over- They like to hire people who are down on their luck, ex cons, and people that have children. They like to hire people that have no other options. They feel if you don't have options they can treat you like crap and you will take it. Before working here I was a college grad who was unemployed for a year. I needed this job and they took advantage.
