      Toxic work environment, some people work real hard while others do absolutely nothing, both get paid the same if not less, growth is not determined by skills but rather connections and/or time spent at the company

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
