Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about The General. It is unethical and immoral. Run, don't walk, run away from an interview. Don't even apply. Save yourself the stress and constant headache.

Cons

Always watch your back and trust no one. People will throw you under the bus to save their own hides. You will be set up and wrongfully terminated.

Great people, nice office, flexible hybrid/office policy, good benefits.

Cons

Integration into Sentry Ins. has been a struggle. Cultures and processes are very different, but improving over time. Lots of leadership turnover.
