Pros

Leadership aside, I met some really great consultants at Thought Logic. The firm does a great job “recruiting” and as a result, there are a lot of sharp, brilliant people that come through the firm.

Cons

If you’re looking for a place that’s diverse, in ANY senses of the word, this is not the place for you. The leadership team does not practice the values they preach. While work/life balance is supposed to be front and center and the leadership insists they care about performance, it became clear very quickly that drinking and brown nosing is what’s required to excel. If you’re looking to join a frat or a gossipy social club, then best of luck. But if you’re looking for a place that truly cares about fostering talent and actually cares about your career desires, keep looking.

Thought Logic Response

Thank you for sharing your experience during your time with Thought Logic. First, I would agree, we are super proud of our talented and passionate consultants, I am so appreciative for the opportunity to work with them every day! Regarding the rest of your review, you touched on a number of different areas, so I will do my best to address all of them; diversity and inclusion has always been an area of great importance to Thought Logic. I view the creation of a diverse company as a race with no finish line, it is something that needs consistent attention and focus. I am proud of our consultant-led Inclusion and Diversity Committee. They, along with the rest of the leadership team are creating a framework and set of goals that will ensure we celebrate and utilize the uniqueness of each employee so that our entire staff feel included and represented as we continue to grow. In terms of work/life balance, we do our best to ensure our consultants maintain a healthy balance between client / internal work and time with friends and family. Admittedly, consulting can require long hours, however, we review the hours of each consultant every week and if we notice spikes in hours worked, we look into the reasons and make adjustments as needed. Lastly, it was/is never our intention to create a “frat-like” culture with a negative connotation, however, we do share common interests and work in the same profession. We have created a culture where people truly get along and like each other. Our consultants have a genuine interest in their co-workers, their families, their hobby’s outside of work, etc. In short, yes, like a fraternity, we enjoy spending time together. We have collectively worked hard to create an environment of collaboration and trust which I view as our greatest asset. Thanks again and in the spirit of always improving, I encourage you to please contact me directly to talk further. Best of luck. Keith Roberts

Pros

Thought Logic has been the best employer I have had in my 20+ year career in consulting! The variety of projects, Fortune 500 clients, amazing colleagues, and top-notch leadership team have made my time with Thought Logic perfect. It is rare that you look forward to coming to work every day, and that is the exact feeling that I have when I show up in the mornings. Thought Logic provides a lot of flexibility to me as a working mother and meets me where I am in life. I cannot express how hard this is to find in corporate America today. The senior leaders at Thought Logic are very accessible and have been super transparent about the progress and direction of the business. They actually listen to what consultants have to say and make strategic decisions with them in mind. The company went through some necessary changes about 1.5 years ago and removed a lot of dead weight from the leadership levels in the business (HR, Operations, Sales, etc.). It was a very difficult decision for them to make, but it has truly catapulted the business forward in ways I would have never imagined. I cannot wait to see what we do for our clients in 2026 and beyond!

Cons

I cannot think of one con.
