- Not all client experiences vibe with the company values (life of a consultant) - If you don't learn the mindset of a consultant, you won't like survive long - Good intentions tend to get lost in the day to day (efforts tend to balance towards client work, less towards actual improvement) - Sometimes CLT can't do anything to improve situation, you just have to live with it - Not much opportunity for growth if you're purely technically-focused
