      Pros

      The people here is amazing and all the support you receive every day. You have flexibility to organise your time to learn new things. The salary is really good, specially if you are starting this journey as a developer. The transparency with all processes, salary, budget, feedback, clients, resources is amazing, it gives you this feeling of belonging to the company in a nice way.

      Cons

      The only thing I'm missing is a budget for home office equipment (a good table, chair, even headsets, because those are things you only use while working). The rest is amazing.
