Smart people, good technical challenges, competitive compensation, remote work and good work-life balance, lots of big product changes
Cons
Low emphasis on quality in the user-facing product and in engineering. Product strategy is hit-and-miss, but it's good that we keep trying. In the short term our incentives aren't very aligned with professionals, and we only measure short term outcomes. Modest growth trajectory for the company with an unclear path towards liquid equity.
