Unfortunately this company goes downhill. Management are very unprofessional and bullying. Pressure with unrealistic sales goals and appointments. No work/life balance. Absolutely terrible leadership. Company no longer hire people who has an experience and expertise in jewelry. All great sales people left to a different companies. Be ready to work on Christmas day, when other businesses are closed. This company does not value their workers. Too greedy.
