-management dont have any clue what they are doing especially the Operation Manager And Area manager -They love to shuffling their worker instead of hiring a new ones -when they hire a new one most of em are useless n dont know how to work -they dont care about their staff at all -they really dont wanna pay overtime to their staff even tho their staff always work fullshift to cover other staff mc because lack of staff -marketing is the most useless role in this company their work just useless -they love to blame their staff for low AC(average receipt) have to be above RM 20 and for low sales even tho thats not their job thats a marketing fault -Basically its all Operation Manager fault always talk like he knows everything but in reality the company is slowly falling off the cliff
