Pros
Promoted three months in, given responsibilities. Good mix of people, and pretty lax on unimportant policies. A pretty good first job for me.
Cons
Very bad at following through on reviews. Terrible workplace environment, and depending on who owns the franchise, the experience can be very inconsistent.
