Supportive and well-organized onboarding experience. My onboarding manager, Amy W., was responsive, encouraging, and did a great job clearly explaining expectations and answering questions. Regular check-ins made the transition feel smooth, and I always felt comfortable reaching out for guidance. Overall, a very positive introduction to the company.

No major downsides during onboarding. As with any new role, there’s a learning curve at the beginning, but the support provided made it very manageable.

I was able to get up and running quickly and had a client base by the end of my first 30 days. The platform is easy to navigate overall, and the flexibility and variety of work are big positives.

While no system is perfect, there are a few areas within the platform that could be more streamlined to improve efficiency and workflow. Some tasks require a bit of extra manual work that could likely be simplified with small system updates.
