Pros
I've been working for Troi for some time now, I'm really enjoying the flexibility, company culture and working with various clients to-date. Everyone in the business are very supportive with anything I need.
Cons
We recently had a company-wide workshop to discuss areas of improvement which we all addressed to the senior managements. A few weeks later the desired changes have started being implemented. No major cons from me at this point.
