Pros
Great learning experience. They do a great job at training young employees. I would recommend Turner for someone coming out of college. I would avoid Turner as an experienced hire.
Cons
Turner has way too much overhead which prices them out of a lot of jobs. In the region I worked in, each Project Executive only was responsible for one job. This lead to no growth from below. Pay is not competitive to similar companies. However, the benefits are good. CEO is horrible. He supported any cause that was popular that day but would never follow up. Turner tries to be a diverse workplace. However, the vetting is not done well. On two separate occasions, the employees that were hired were way over their skis and did not last through the year.
