Pros
Great Projects, people, structure, and the ability to work on many unique projects. There is some ability to bounce around between the different groups, but you have to really try.
Cons
They make you get caught in a trap where if your good at one job, you keep doing the same type of job over and over again. Compensation is really bad. There really is no intensive.
