Pros
One of the more inclusive companies that also seemed to care about its employees' learning and working styles, until it didn't + nice benefits, ERGs, mostly cool coworkers
Cons
Poor management, super disorganized and slow processes- code reviews & slack replies took FOREVER and everyone was burnt out, layoff after layoff and reorgs, weird focus on projects everyone knew users didn't care about, lack of timely feedback, obvious gap in understanding between higher-ups and ICs, and consistently tight deadlines. This is a given but Twitch is one of those companies that gives you PTO but doesn't want you to actually use it. (When I first joined Twitch, it still had its own culture separate from Amazon but Amazon's influence grew, so my perception skews negative.)
