      Pros

      Employees are given amazing flexibility to do their job the best way, there is a strong sense of loyalty and trust across the business. Everyone is very helpful, the internal comms are great and the leadership team is always in direct contact with the rest of the business, their message and passion definitely comes through and is contagious.

      Pros

      The people there really know their stuff when it comes to the platform and the industry.

      Cons

      You are basically on your own. No real training at all. Overall it feels like a high school clique. The pay & flexibility of the role are NOT worth it.
