      For a startup it was okay

      Pros

      Get the chance to work with pretty smart people. The founders do their very best to carry you along the journey

      Cons

      Remember it's a startup - layoffs started becoming a norm. Although management did try their best to shield the company from what looked like it was going under. Also because it's a startup you may not be at the company in a year's time especially if it's a new role - however I understand it's the struggle of business

      Pros

      There is a clear sense of purpose and a shared ambition to build something meaningful. You can make a real mark here with space to build, experiment and grow with the business. You're surrounded by smart people and an incredibly capable team who challenge you to level up. The remote-first culture and trust around flexibility is a huge plus.

      Cons

      The company is still maturing to an extent in terms of its decision making and planning.
