      Pay is the only "good" thing about this job which is still low in this economy

      Cons

      Leadership was pretty bad at teaching Work with annoying departments who mess with your work which never allowed you to get ahead Should have left this trashy company when I was offered another position elsewhere

      UPMC is an all around wonderful place to work. Im a member services concierge and our team is the highest rated customer service team in the entire state! We love what we do and we do it well!

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
