The practice manager reached out directly to set up an initial interview after reviewing my resume and cover letter. The first interview was with the practice manager only asking basic interview questions. They called me back a week later to meet with the other providers to see if I would be a good fit and asked me the more case scenario questions. I was offered the position a few days later.

One round of interview with manager, mainly just asking behavioral questions. It was pretty behavioral and also briefly asking about project work but not technical. Results were like the next day.
