      Practice management is extremely toxic, unless you are buddies with management - they you can do no wrong. Gaslighting and smear campaigns are a common form of bullying in office. Workplace mobbing is prevalent. When problems are brought to management, you then become the problem. Labeled as difficult. Merit increase don’t even cover cost of living. Attendance policy is a joke. Extremely high turnover rate of 43%.

      No pros. It was a horrible place to work

      Cons

      If you were night shift, you had to work every holiday. The nurses were so lazy and never helped us. We ran around taking care of patients with no help. Changing them, cleaning up horrible messes, taking them to the bathroom and doing vitals with no help. Nurses would sit there eating while on Facebook, while we did all the work. Some would even be sleeping!
