      Pros

      It is almost a paycheck, it is a job

      Cons

      It fosters an environment of bullying and this is permitted and encouraged by certain directors! It is a hostile work environment! Pay is not great! Stress and unappreciation is overwhelming on top of the never ending work load for a couple people while others get off with doing nothing!

      Typical large healthcare organization. Affordable care act ruined healthcare so its more about making money because it has become more of a business than care.
