      Friendly coworkers, working for a hospital group makes you feel like you're doing some good

      Very poor communication, unrealistic expectations regarding workload, don't listen to staff regarding issues, huge turnover of staff

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
