Don’t be fooled by the mission, unorganized roles and responsibilities and no clear decision makers makes for a “Lord of the flies” environment where everyone is fighting to be the first to an project so they get the recognition. Senior Leaders are not held accountable and will for The most part look out for themselves and not support their staff unless it makes them look good.
