Pros

Really great benefits. I mean absolutely stellar. As a single adult it has allowed me to take care of my self in ways i didn't know were possible. If I had a family, this is where I'd want to be. Generous with PTO, understanding of needs, helps a very important consumer base which is or Military members and families.

Cons

They cannot decide how they want to lead making it VERY difficult to attain promotions. During hiring, they boast about how most stay in this position 2 years max and they work very hard to ensure your career goals are met. Unfortunely, this depends on two things; what kind of manager you have AND if youre a promoted employee. They make decisions on a whim and tend to be reactive rather than pro active. Despite being given plenty of time to work on both personal and career development in the beginning, those rights have been stripped away from some and forced on others in ways that are not useable. They have tightened the reigns without clarity and job security is wavering. People are getting termed for small mistakes and walked out in front of their peers. Most walked are simply because they are pressured to do things that are unethical or cut corners in a business where cutting corners change peoples lives in the worst ways .Their ever changing metrics, questionable ethics, and declining care for their most important teams will be their downfall. The stress has given me unforeseen health issues. Thank goodness for their wonderful benefits

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
