Pros
Great benefits, and depending of what you do this company can be great or can be hell. There are people walking around from meeting to meeting, and there are people spending 10 hours call after call.
Cons
Must be 28-45 years old to get promoted. USAA does not have interest in promoting people over 45 years old not matter how experience is the person. It can be micromanaged. One must be a member of "the club" to be promoted or participate in special projects.
