Pros

Having worked for publicly traded companies before, I love working for a company that really focuses on its customers. I wouldn't trade that for anything at this point in my life.

Cons

Some Sr. Managers are not entirely competent. They lack job experience in the field they are responsible for and that exposes the corporation to way to much risks. It is demanding. If you're type A and can give 100% every day, you'll love it. Sure you can let off the gas pedal after a hard run on a project, but you can't stay there. Work life balance is very good. Marketing has always been in shambles. DO NOT work in marketing.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
