Pros
Good pay. Management seemed to treat employees well. Good opportunities to learn more and advance.
Cons
Very bureaucratic. QA and QC process checks all work. Every investigation worked will be reviewed by QA and 15% reviewed by QC. This means everyday QA hits roll in and you have to constantly fix the edits or fight QA. This is very exhausting and unnecessary. Further, domestic banking can get boring but that is not the fault of management, it's simply the nature of the work.
