People are the key assets, although they are leaving in droves given the lack of management stability and tools to perform their jobs.
Cons
Perpetual change of management- every 3-6 months a new sales leader comes in and changes direction. Too much conflict between channel and direct sales teams. Poor tools for employees to do their jobs. Products don't meet US market requirements.
