A compelling unified communications product suite that has a real chance to differentiate Siemens against Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft et al. Very Smart people focussed on supporting sales from a technical, commercial and marketing perspective. Substantial installed estate that can be transitioned to new technology environment. Good sense of commaraderie.
Cons
Unbelieveably incestuous UK management structure. If you are not part of the inner circle, you may as well be invisible. Strategy appears to cut it's way to profitability year on year. Effect is it's cutting it's way to oblivion. Too few commercial resources, to few Solution Architects, to few service managers. Very few New Logo wins. Management seem unable to drive a sales growth strategy. Zero ideas It's a real shame to see so much good and loyal talent disconnecting from the business day by day
