Good people, bad pay and training - Anonymous employee Unique Fabricating Employee Review

Training is horrible. Your pretty much on your own. I have been told they are working to improve training but I haven't see that happen yet. The pay is low and the company has grown tremendously in the past few years so they need to share the wealth with the employees that are helping them to do so well. Without employees you have nothing!!
