The culture tends to be enjoyable for the most part. The discount is great, benefits are great too.

A bad manager can really make it or break it. When people have tenure within the company, they tend to get away with whatever/ doing less work. Making connections and getting people to like you are what gets you far here, not necessarily hard work.
