Honestly, I can't think of any. They used to be a good company to work for, but then around 8 months ago they started going under and it shows. They AREN'T in USA PARKWAY, that's something good...
Cons
They will write you up for every little thing. Seriously, When I first started here they were pretty forgiving about everything, pretty understanding... But now they gotta write you up for numbers, for time of task, for forgetting to punch in and out, for taking too long to get to the bathroom... its like they WANT to FIRE YOU so they don't have to lay anyone off the right way. They are soooo unforgiving. A lot of my friends would get written up for numbers... then the very next week they would get written up again for numbers... and again... until they were on their fourth write up and you just never saw them again... just like that.... All the good supervisors resigned and got better jobs... so only the insensitive sell outs are still there. But Don't worry, you're safe. Cause at the moment they aren't hiring in this area. In fact they just mass-fired a whole shift... No warning, just like that... I think 60 people or something like that. Oh and before that? they would change our shifts with only a few weeks warning... I signed up as a 4-10's Wed-Sat...then one month they said we were going to be Tues-Friday from now on... then a few months later they told us we were gonna be 5-8's from now on and work Mon-Friday.... And then one day a bunch of workers came in and were fired on the spot - literally a whole freekin' shift... Top performers... peeps with Zero write-ups... Perfect Attendance.... A Supervisor only a year away from retiring... everyone.... Please Please Please... I Beg You... STAY AWAY.... I took the offer to go to Days...But I'm looking for another job as we speak...I gotta get outta here....
