Pros
none. there is nothing good for you.
Cons
You should seriously consider this, if you are a Fleet mechanic looking to turn wrenches in the high country. Keystone/vail resorts is a place too join for the good ole boys club. A bunch of lazy rhinos with no skills. Keystone will throw you under the bus and fork lift. These Gremlins have no talent, ambition, organization, Process, technology, facilities, leadership. This company, shop, and crew will use you to progress them selves. If you want to talk philosophy, be passive aggressive, use people, and blame others, then look no further. You have found the Mecca in America for these traits. From firing 30 year plus managers with nothing to show but one person barley saying thanks for your service. Extorting talented hard working young ambitious humans for the same pay as a lift operator. Feeding their machine and lifestyle with your life, soul, and hard work. You have the spot. I pity the sucker they conn into this career trap. Make sure they pay you out your PTO once they have drained you for all you are worth and realize the truth. Don't do a major job for them, such as swapping an engine. they wont recognize you for it. Keystone will make sure too remind you that they believe you are replaceable with warm bodies. they will make sure to ask that you sweep under your box instead of saying thanks for hard work dedication and service. The epidemy of a modern corporation full of self centered, narcissistic, greedy, skeletons resembling the remains of a Neanderthals. If i could give a 0 rating and it show it I would.
