Customer support is not a valuable skill and they force you into staying in this position for 1 year. -You are attaching yourself to a company who won't even increase your wage in line with inflation -Severe micromanagement. You are under scrunity for going a minute past break time and time between calls. Yet no one bats an eye if millions of dollars walk out the door
