Access to worldwide experience and knowledge through the many companies owned by the Parent.
Cons
Complex organizational structure with resources competing for similar business. Many middle managers trying to prove worth, but missing their day-to-day objectives. Answering the same questions to the same managers becomes 50% effort (conservative) for subordinates.
