Pros
Pay is good and benefits are average. Lots of room for advancement if you are open to relocation.
Cons
Upper management "talks the talk" but doesn't "walk the walk". They want to be the "Employer of Choice" and say that "People are our most valuable resource" but they are only catch-phrases. They are empty words without any substance behind them.
