      Teamwork in depots Staff rewarded with nights out, lunches. Some employee benefits in the form of discounts - cinema, restaurants

      Cons

      Staff could and should have company devised, basic customer service training, which would better equip them to deal with difficult customers. There are opportunities to develop strong staff members that are not explored, which means employees leave, and the turn over is high.
