Pros
relaxing environment, good work & life balance, caring Admin people. Good reputation in local market, dispite the infamous chemical leak from its municipal plant recently. It's good for gradualate to stay couple of years and jump for others.
Cons
Really hard to do anything here, either execution of a project nor value engineering, the French were always in the way to delay and say no. Eventually some bigger French will come out and stop the little French from ending everything. Salary is median low among the market.
